Overlooking Kalamar Bay, the views from Villa Manzara are spectacular. It is a home of exceptional quality with travertine marble terraces, private pool, contemporary furnishings and high quality appliances.

The option to dive into the sea or hop on a jetski is a mere 5 min walk from the front door.

If you are keen on nature and fancy rambling, the villa is on the Lycian Way, which provides miles of picturesque walking trails, where you can take in the ancient sites and flora and fauna of the region.

Accommodation:

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with king size bed, en-suite. Bedroom 2 with king size bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds.
Bathrooms:	En-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Family bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. Shower room with large corner shower and WC. Separate WC.
Kitchen:	Fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops, oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and double fridge/freezer.
Living room:	TWO large lounges. One on the pool level with large comfortable double size sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, CD player and table football. There is a quieter lounge on the first floor with two relaxing sofas, books, backgammon and  a small telescope to study views out to sea.
Utility room:	Utility area with washing machine and iron/ironing board.
Other:	Every room in the villa opens onto either a balcony or terrace. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.  The villa is fully air-conditioned, which can be used as central heating during the winter months. Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). The property is cleaned at the beginning of the rental period. A mid-stay clean and linen/towel change is provided for two week rentals. Extra cleaning and laundry etc, can be arranged at a small cost.

Outside:

The garden areas are filled with fruit trees, plants and bougainvillea. The pool terrace has sun-loungers, outdoor lazy beanbags, a shaded seating area, parasols and tables for your G&T. The two dining terraces are complete with tables and chairs, the BBQ terrace has a low Turkish style seating area as does the roof terrace, ideal for a spot of night time relaxation watching the sunset.

Distances:

The sea and the Kalamar Beach Club, which has watersports and a diving centre is a 5 min walk from the villa. The Kulube Hotel with its lovely restaurant and Wellness centre with Turkish bath is a two minute walk, as is the Club Xanthos hotel. The beautiful old town of Kalkan with its many shops and restaurants is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive by car. The 18km Patara Beach (voted best beach in the world by The Sunday Times) is a 20 min drive away and Kaputas Beach is a 10 min drive.
