This delightful villa with its own freshwater pool is situated on the hillside overlooking Kalkan, with poolside view to Kalamar bay. Villa Katmar provides the perfect retreat, but is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the centre of Kalkan with its many restaurants, interesting shops and harbour. The villa is furnished to a high standard with attention to detail for your enjoyment. All rooms are fully air conditioned and heated. The pool and garden are immaculately maintained with linen and full cleaining service provided once a week and light clean and linen change mid-week. Accommodation: Ground Floor This is a double bedroom with patio doors which open on to a lovely garden area, a side door from this room leads to a patio area with table and chairs and a shaded chill zone with seating, ideal for escaping the mid-day sun. On this level is a second sitting room equipped with sofa, fridge, music system and a variety of games. There is a fully tiled shower room and a seperate utility room equipped with automatic washing machine. First Floor Patio doors lead from the pool terrace to the fully fitted kitchen, providing every modern conveniance including: hob, oven, grill, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen/dining area is the comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors opening onto Juliet balcony with views of Kalkan bay. There is a balcony which links the lounge and kitchen which has chairs and table. The room is tasetefully furnished with corner sofa unit, coffee table and satellite TV/Home theatre system with a selection of DVD's. There is a seperate toilet cloakroom on this level. Second Floor On this floor is a twin and double room, both have their own door leading onto a shared balcony which has chairs and coffee table, the double also has patio doors which open onto Juliet balcony with views over Kalkan bay. The fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower over. Roof Terrace This en-suite double bedroom leads onto the furnished roof terrace, where you have uninterrupted views of Kalkan Bay. Outside: The large pool terrace has a 6m x 4m freshwater pool this has two steps, which are the width of the pool, the rest of the pool is approx 2m depth. The terrace is equipped with sun-loungers and umbrellas and has a dining table with parasol and cushioned seating for your alfresco dining.
