Villa Kalkan Bay is
recently built and is decorated to a
very high standard to ensure luxury and comfort.
The villa is beautiful and spacious with
amazing views over Kalkan and out to sea. The villa has a number of
balconies to enjoy the sun and take in the wonderful views. There is
a large outside terrace area with large infinity pool, there is also
a smaller pool suitable for children. The outside seating area is
perfect for people who enjoy alfresco dining. The villa is set out
on three floors with 4 large bedrooms all en-suite. The large open
plan kitchen/living area is large, bright and spacious perfect for
relaxing and preparing meals. The large sliding doors open out to
the large outside area.
The
villa is suitable for small
children with a shallow pool
for them to play in.
We now
have a new high standard
security system fitted to
ensure safety at the villa.

Bedroom 1:
large twin room with en-suite, large balcony with uninterrupted
views over Kalkan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: large double bedrooms with en-suite, each with

All bedrooms have en-suite, fully
tiled shower rooms with wc and basin. All en-suites are a good
size.
The main living area also has a separate good sized shower room
with wc and basin. |

Large fully fitted kitchen,
including cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher,
also equipped with microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also
a washing machine and iron available. |

Living room: |
The living room has two sofas
which can double as beds for small children. There is a large
flat screen tv with dvd and cd player. There is also a large
dining table and seating inside if alfresco dining in not for
you. All rooms have WI-FI internet. |

Towels and linen are provided. The
villa will be cleaned once a week, also changing all linen and
towels once a week. Baby
bed available. |

Outside:
The villa is set in the middle of its own
large terrace area with large private infinity pool. There is a
large marble dining table on the terrace seating 10 people for al
fresco dining. There are 6 sun beds with 3 large sun umbrellas for
relaxing in or out of the sun, together with BBQ and 2 large swing
chairs. There is also a small gym area outside.
Distances:
The villa is situated just above Kalkan centre and all amenities can
be reached in a few minutes by foot.
Accessibility:
The property is situated just above the centre
of Kalkan, the track up to the villa may not be suitable of
wheelchair users as it is up hill with steps to the villa.
