The villa key has a metal tag,
which needs to be inserted into the slot near the front door to
activate the air-conditioning units.

Outside:
There is a superb infinity swimming pool,
jacuzzi, and children's pool, adjacent to a large sun terrace with
ample sunbeds and parasols. There is a shower at the side of the
pool. Tables and chairs are provided on the terrace so that you can
eat and drink alfresco.
Distances: The path from the car
park area to the villa includes 20 steps. Five minute drive to town.
Other:
A welcome pack is provided upon arrival -
water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, bread and butter/spread.
If you have any specific wishes or require anything else, just let
us know at least 24 hours before you arrive and we will be happy to
oblige.
If you bring a laptop computer, and require
internet access, we will provide you with the password when you
arrive. There is no charge for the WiFi.
This villa has recently been enhanced with new
furniture, kitchen equipment, and a brand new sun terrace, and pool.
The property is construced to high standards, with dual skin walls
(most villas constructed in Kalkan are single walls). This means
that the villa is cooler in summer and retains warmth in winter.
Out of season, the villa has a wood burning
fire and stove, for added warmth. Wood is included in the rental
price.
