Our 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) apartment is
situated on the top-floor with both sea and Kalkan views on 4-star
Patara Prince Resort (‘Nothing short of a seaside paradise’
Frommers Guide). The apartment is well-furnished and equipped
with full air-conditioning (which can also provide heating), washing
machine, flat-screen 24-channel satellite TV, DVD player and CD/MP3 player.
Patara Prince Resort (1 km around the bay from Kalkan town) is set
amid abundant semi-tropical gardens and gives direct access to the
sea (which is blue-flagged); as our guests you are entitled to full
use of all its many facilities (see below) together with 25%
discount in restaurants and bars. The infinity pool is located just
behind the apartment together with a shop & car park. A free shuttle
service runs up and down the resort every few minutes. There is also
24-hour security. As cars are not allowed on the resort it is a
haven of peace and tranquillity amidst beautiful surroundings.

This is a non-smoking apartment,
pets not allowed. As there are steps up to the apartment and the
resort is built on a hillside it may not be suitable for the
infirm, however there is a free shuttle service which runs up &
down the resort every few minutes. |

pool are literally a stone’s throw away - water
sports, diving
school, sauna, turkish bath, beauty salon, hairdresser, tennis
courts and kids' club, 3 restaurants & patisserie.
Distances:
15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, 5
minutes in a taxi or water taxi. There is a small beach in Kalkan
and two of the most famous beaches in this part of Turkey also close
by - Kaputas beach is 3 miles away and Patara Beach –18 km long and
the approach guarded by a ruined Roman city – is 10 miles in the
opposite direction. The small town of Kas is about 10 miles away and
from here you can take a 20-minute boat ride to the Greek island of
Kastellorizo or slightly longer boat trip to the sunken city of
Kekova.

Prices include: Full housekeeping – thorough weekly clean and linen
change. Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
£100 deposit is payable when you book with the remainder payable 8
