Overlooking magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pretty, unspoilt village of Kalkan, Kaplumbaga's rooftop terrace makes this holiday home one of the most attractive and sought after in Kalkan, providing peace and tranquility. This luxury one bedroomed apartment is stylishly furnished and air-conditioned. The double bedroom has generous wardrobe space and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with shower, WC and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a sofa bed. French doors lead out to the beautiful private terrace, which has comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, sun beds and large umbrella, with uninterupted views over the Kalkan bay and harbour.
 
There is a beautiful pool at ground level with tables, chairs, umbrellas and BBQ area. This is shared with five other apartments in Kaplumbaga. For those looking for watersports, some steps lead down to the beach platforms at villa Mahal, which offers a wide range of activities.

Access to the village can be by taxi or water taxi. The journey takes five minutes and is very reasonably priced. There is an abundence of shops and restaurants in the village.
