This exclusive holiday villa boasts modern and stylish interiors and enjoys magnificent sea views on each floor. Villa Badem has 3 bedrooms, two double with king-size beds and one twin. All air-conditioned, en suite and very spacious. There is a satellite tv in each room. Master bedroom on the first floor offers an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Each room is air-conditioned and furnished to high standards with all modern appliances.

Outside is a large private swimming pool, poolside terraces, sunbeds, parasols and dining set for al-fresco dining. Poolside is very secluded with the dense plantation and beautiful pine trees surrounding it. There is also a stone barbecue on the pool terrace. The villa has a private garage.

Villa Badem has an enviable position only a short, 150-metre walk to the seafront with a choice of 3 beach clubs; Kalamar Beach Club which offers water sports including sea kayaking and scuba diving by a 5-star PADI diving school, the adult-only ClubE Beach, and some free-entrance sunbathing terraces.  

The villa is 15-min walk away from the town centre and well connected with frequent local dolmus (minibusses) running every day; 5-minute ride in a dolmus or 2-minute in taxis which are plentiful and in hand 7/24.

Preferred change-over day is Monday but other days will also be accepted dpendent on other bookings. A complimentary welcome hamper is supplied for your arrival. Villa Badem receives pool and garden maintenance every day with a light cleaning outside. The villa is entirely cleaned once a week, but if required a light mid-week cleaning is provided also included in the price. Bath towels are provided.
