BOOKING NOTES
Once we receive your booking request via the Booking Form, confirming availability we'll send you a unique username and password for you to log into your Mavi Account. This is where you'll be able to view the details of your booking, make payments; order services such as airport transfers, car hire etc. and eventually view/print your confirmation form.

We recommend that you book airport transfers, car hire, boat (gulet) trips with us to ensure a laid back holiday where all goes smooth and everything is punctual; besides making benefit of our special offers that are only for our guests.

For details on payment, security/damage deposit and cancellation please see below.

1) Payment

25% deposit is required to secure the booking and can be paid by

* Bank transfer to our owner client's account in the UK (may involve transaction fee charged by your bank),
* Bank tranfer to Mavi accounts in Turkey in Sterling (involves transaction fee charged by your bank and its correspondent bank),
* Debit and credit cards on secure online payment on our website - SSL (involves 3.5% bank transaction fee).

Please note that all banking fees for fund transfers and card payments are on your side.

Once the reservation deposit is charged/received we'll block the dates requested for you, and you'll see it marked 'Paid' on your Mavi Account.

The final balance for Cassa Bella Sol is paid due by 10 weeks prior to the arrival date.

2) Security/Damage Deposit

The refundable security/damage deposit required for Cassa Bella Sol is £150.00. It is paid cash in Sterling or Turkish Lira on arrival, and refunded before check out, provided that here has been no damages to the villa and its contents during your stay – other than normal wear and tear.

In the case of a damage to the property and its contents, the clients are liable for replacing the damaged good(s) and/or financing any damage to the property and its contents. In cases where recovery costs for damage exceeds that of the security deposit, clients agree to pay the excess amount in full by cash.

3) Cancellation

25% reservation deposit is refundable for the cancellations made at least 10 weeks prior to the arrival date, and made in writing. Please note that the original bank transaction commission is non-refundable, and possible fees involved in transferring the funds back will be deducted off the amount. Cancellations over telephone will not be accepted.
