How to Advertise with Kalkan Rentals
 

The Kalkan Rentals website is a service provided by Mavi Real Estate and Property Services that offers a high quality rental properties and good value advertising service to private owners of holiday property in Kalkan and Kas. We advertise each property free of charge sold through Mavi Real Estate and Property Services for the first year starting from the title deed transfer regardless when the advertisement form is submitted. Other properties (not sold through Mavi Real Estate and Property Services are liable to pay the normal fees shown on the list below. All enquiries and bookings are made with you, the owner, so you can keep full control of your lettings and avoid paying commission to agents.

Once you have registered your name and contact details, you will be asked if you wish to advertise an Individual Property. An Individual Property is a single villa, apartment, house, etc. If your properties are in different locations, not sharing the same plot of land, then you will need separate advertisements for each property.

Prices

Up to 6 photos are included in the price.  Payment may be made by Traveller's Cheque, Credit and Debit Cards or by Euro Cheque.

Photos of your accommodation may be supplied to us either:

- By e-mail to info@kalkanrentals.com (as a .jpg attachment).
- By sending original photographs to us by post for scanning.
- By asking us to copy photos from your own personal web site.
- By bringing a cd to our office with your photos on it.

Note that each photo to be published can not exceed the size of 375 x 275 pixels.  Pease make sure that photos are sharp and as colourful as possible. Four photos, two external photos and two internal photos are recommended.

Changes

Changes to text, prices and contact details, photos can be made on-line and submitted to us for approval. These changes will normally be displayed on the web site as soon as possible. Photographs may also be exchanged once free of charge during the period of your advertisement. If you wish to exchange photos more often than this, there will be a charge of £5 per photograph. If you would like to offer a price reduction to fill late available dates or cancellations, you can do this at any time. A single line of text describing your price reduction will be displayed beneath your property listing.

Privacy Policy: All information which you provide will be treated as strictly confidential. We guarantee that none of your personal information will be passed on to any other company, organisation or individual.

Terms and Conditions

Mavi Real Estate and Property Services will take every care to reproduce faithfully the text, prices, contact details and photographs provided to us by advertisers. We will not however be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part. Mavi Real Estate and Property Services reserves the right to determine the design and layout of advertisements, and (at our discretion) make alterations to submitted text or photographs, should we consider any to be necessary. Mavi Real Estate and Property Services will not be held liable for any loss arising out of such alterations. Mavi Real Estate and Property Services cannot be held liable for any loss or damages howsoever incurred, including consequential losses such as lost income, in connection with advertising on the Mavi Real Estate and Property Services website. Mavi Real Estate and Property Services will (at our sole discretion) include one link per advertisement to a personal website. This link will be placed beneath the owner's contact details at the end of the advertisement. The personal website must relate only to the property advertised on our web site. We reserve the right to refuse such links, or remove them without notice. Mavi Real Estate and Property Services reserves the absolute right to refuse to accept any advertisement submitted. If the advertisement has been paid for on-line a full refund will be made, or if a cheque has been received by post this will be returned. Every property sold through Mavi Real Estate and Property Services advertised on Kalkan Rentals will have to add the links of www.kalkanproperty.com and www.kalkanrentals.com under links on their websites and/or on the home page of their website within two weeks following their advertisement inclusion into our website. Any materials submitted by post will be returned. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Mavi Real Estate and Property Services for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, the time/cost involved in submitting the advertisement etc. If Mavi Real Estate and Property Services receives a complaint about a property, we reserve the right to remove that property from our web site without notice, if in our opinion the complaint is reasonably substantiated. Such complaints could relate to the accuracy of an advertisement, the condition or maintenance of the property, unacceptable booking conditions or procedures, lack of adequate response to complaints etc. In all cases our decision will be final. A refund will normally be made pro-rata for the remaining unused period of the advertisement, however under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Mavi Real Estate and Property Services for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, re-advertising costs etc. The advertiser may choose to withdraw their advertisement from the Mavi Real Estate and Property Services website at any time without any refund – please notify us in writing (letter or e-mail). Mavi Real Estate and Property Services will endeavour as far as practical to ensure that the website is available on the internet at all times. However some breaks in service are inevitable and often beyond our control, we are therefore unable to guarantee 100% availability.
